John Staub is a learner who helps others learn. He is the host of The Business & Faith Podcast and Head of Operations at Dataliction, where he designs and develops custom software that helps organizations actually use AI, built around how they already work. His education runs down the middle of the show's name—a bachelor's degree in business management and a Master of Divinity—and so does his career: a decade in full-time ministry leadership, followed by a decade in business growth. In the first he helped churches grow from one site to three and more than triple in size, launched services on new days, designed volunteer training, implemented new software, planted churches, and spent three years on the mission field. In the second he has run due diligence on mergers and acquisitions, managed sales, built growth marketing and channel partnerships, and helped founders raise capital and exit, across retail, SaaS, manufacturing, and nonprofits. He is a songwriter who became a spreadsheet nerd, and now he writes code. Across more than 120 episodes, he asks honest questions, listens well, and gives people room to find the real answer. He lives in Indiana with his family.
